How much is shipping?
Free, Australia-wide, on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Each towel is made to order and dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–15 business days. Every order is tracked, and we'll email you the tracking link.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 20 November and it should arrive in time.
Do you ship overseas?
Not yet. We only ship within Australia for now.
Personalised towels
How many characters can I add?
Up to 12, including spaces. Names and initials both work.
Can I change my name after ordering?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email us with your order number. After that it goes to print, so please check your spelling carefully: we print exactly what you type.
Returns
What if something arrives faulty or damaged?
Email us your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Can I return a personalised towel if I change my mind?
Because it's made just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalised items. See our Refund policy for the full details.
Towel care
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold with similar colours, skip the fabric softener (it coats microfibre and makes it less absorbent), and line dry in the shade.
Why microfibre instead of cotton?
Cotton towels are made of tiny loops, and sand gets trapped inside them. Microfibre has a smooth, flat surface, so there's nowhere for sand to hide.
